Purpose and scope
These General Terms and Conditions and Use, apply to site visitors www.cmontours.pt and as well as any commercial transactions through the website.
Navigation on the website, as well as the booking of any service implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Contract and Use by the User and the Customer. C’MON TOURS reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions and Use without notice, and any changes published in www.cmontours.pt website. 

Information content and images
All images and content from the website www.cmontours.pt are owned by C’MON TOURSNo element of the website may be copied, reproduced, changed, edited, uploaded, distorted, transmitted or distributed in any way, regardless of the means of support, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of C’MON TOURS. 

Contracted services
Meals, some transport services providers (e.g.: bus) and other necessary services are contracted to third parties and are not employees of C’MON TOURS. Thus, in providing these services, C’MON TOURS acts only as a sales agent and is not responsible for any claims against these entities. 

Complaints and refunds
They shall only be considered the complaints and claims which have been submitted in writing by the complainant to C’MON TOURS within 5 days after the service ended. All disputes will be settled in the District Court of Lisbon, with express exclusion of any other. 

Payment policy
Reservation services will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of proof of payment of the reservation.
Reservations are confirmed upon payment of: 50% of the total value of the service.
Reservations should be made directly into the website www.cmontours.pt or via email info@comeontours.pt .
Payment can be made by bank transfer, bank details will be sent by email upon receipt of the reservation request.
If we do not receive the final payment on time (tour day), we will consider the booking canceled. It will be applicable to our cancellation policy. 

Cancellation policy
Reservations will only be considered valid after receipt of 50% of the total value of the service, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
Once the booking is made,  the following cancellation costs in the event of cancellation will apply: 

  • 8 days before the tour date: 100% refund of the amount paid, excluding taxes and booking process costs; 
  • 7 to 1 day before the tour date: 100% of total paid (nrefunds); 
  • No show on the tour day100% of total paid (nrefunds). 

All cancellation costs are subject to additional charges incurred by C’MON TOURS, as transport, meals, drinks, contracted services and other non-refundable charges related to the reservation made by the customer. 

Reservation changes policy
Changes to reservations after the first payment is subject to: 

  • Availability confirmation for new dates; 
  • Amendments to the originally proposed values (if the new values ​​resulting from changes are different from those initially proposed the respective arrangements will be made) 

Transport policy
The C’MON TOURS reserves the right (and delegates to its drivers/ guides) to refuse to transport any person purporting to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and / or whose behaviour is considered a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passengers.

Smoking is not allowed in vehicles

C’MON TOURS strives to transport passengers comfortably and to their destinationHowever circumstances beyond our control may prevent the realization of this responsibility. 

The following are examples of circumstances that are not within our control: 

  • Exceptional or severe weather conditions; 
  • Deaths and accidents on the roads; 
  • Vandalism and terrorism; 
  • Unforeseen traffic delays; 
  • Strikes by third parties; 
  • Consumer Arbitration. 

In case of dispute consumption, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Resolution Entity of consumer disputes:
